WMU is the missions’ arm of our church. Missions education is the process of equipping Christians to participate effectively in the mission of God. It teaches the importance of praying, of giving, of going, of growing in their faith and cooperating with other missions ministries within the congregation to help the congregation fulfill its mission’s potential.

Women on Mission. Women on Mission® is ongoing missions involvement and learning that extends across the globe. Missions opportunities, learning materials and many free resources have been created to help women develop a missions lifestyle. As a part of Women on Mission, ladies have the opportunity to participate in missions and ministries that enable them to experience a variety of ways to serve Christ.

Meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 5:15 PM. (A light supper is provided)  All women are invited to attend. Contact Mary Ashley, Women’s Ministry Director, 828-644-5258 or ashleymj48@gmail.com
